PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Wells has worked as a professional geologist for over 20 years and manages PMI’s Northwest Arkansas district office. As a senior environmental project manager and professional geologist, Mr. Wells has managed a wide variety of environmental projects with particular emphasis on assessment and remediation of leaking petroleum storage tank sites. Mr. Wells has developed extensive knowledge of State and Federal Underground Storage Tank (UST) regulations (40 CFR 280) which includes EPA technical standards, corrective action requirements and financial responsibility requirements for UST owners and operators. His professional experience includes design and operation of soil and groundwater remediation systems, assessment and management of hazardous waste sites, regulatory permit writing, emergency spill response and performance of Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments (ESAs). Mr. Wells is actively involved in all aspects of business development and client relations. | |
