PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Mitchell has more than 3 years experience as an Environmental Technician. Mr. Mitchell concentrated on landfill gas testing and disposal, UST removals and disposals, and performed routine groundwater, surface runoff, and surface emissions monitoring. Duties also included balancing of landfill gas fields for gas collection and disposal, conducting chemical plant emissions monitoring, general landfill maintenance, and operation of heavy equipment.

Mr. Mitchell has worked for the Water Pollution Control Laboratory located in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Mitchell concentrated on Industrial Waste disposal and coordination with industries located along the banks of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers.

Mr. Mitchell currently conducts field operations, UST closures and evaluations, soil and water sampling, and classification of wastes for RCRA approved disposal.
