PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Ryan has more than 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, designing, conducting, and project management of soil and groundwater investigations. Mr. Ryan has experience in the preparation and implementation of site assessment work plans, corrective action plans, site assessment reports, and remedial action reports for underground storage tank and industrial sites with potential contamination from petroleum hydrocarbons, pesticides, herbicides, chlorinated solvents, and heavy metals. Mr. Ryan is responsible for design, implementation, and managing of in-situ groundwater remediation technologies such as dual phase extraction, soil vapor extraction, air sparging, and chemical oxidation treatments. Mr. Ryan is also responsible for preparation of minor source air permit applications for private, government, and industrial sites which are emitting volatile organic compounds, particulate matter, metals, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, and sulfur dioxide. In addition, Mr. Ryan prepares Spill Prevention (SPCC) Plans, and Stormwater Pollution (SWPPP) Plans. Mr. Ryan is also responsible for the preparation of Tier II and Form R Reports for industrial facilities which manufacture, store, and dispose of hazardous waste. | |
