PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Rasburry has extensive experience in geology, hydrogeology, project management, and regulatory compliance during his 24 years as a professional geologist. His experience as an environmental geologist includes soil and groundwater assessment, design and implementation of corrective action plans, risk assessment, and closure at UST sites. He is knowledgeable of State and Federal regulatory requirements pertaining to spill and leak reporting, compliance documentation, emergency response, site assessment and the determination of trust fund eligibility for UST owners/operators. Mr. Rasburry also has experience in assessing, managing and coordinating emergency spill response and disposal for hazardous and non-hazardous waste and is familiar with industry regulatory requirements for air emissions and wastewater discharge. | ||
