PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Jones has over 18 years experience in the environmental services field. His duties include the performance of Phase I & II Environmental Assessments, Transaction Screen Inspections, NPDES permitting, Asbestos Assessments, Lead Paint Inspections, Underground Storage Tank Closures, research of federal, state, and local records regarding environmental concerns or potential concerns with subject facilities and/or properties; RCRA permits; preparation and review of storm water permits and pollution prevention plans (‘SWPPP’); preparation and review of site specific health and safety plans; preparation and review of Emergency Response Procedure Plans; management of PMI’s overall health and safety plan; and coordination with state and federal regulatory agencies. | ||
